Performance Management

All employees are subject to a Fixed-Term contract with a probation period and subsequent performance evaluation at the end of the probation period and throughout the year. Any candidate that does not perform up to standard after sufficient training and direction was given, will be replaced by us to enhance production in order to meet production deadlines.
